Our Story
Built on big ideas… and two minute noodles.
Before we started One Agency Elite Property Group, we met locals who were overwhelmed, tired of misinformation, and done with vague promises. We felt like they wanted (and deserved) real estate that felt right.
So in 2017, Mark, Aaron and Matt launched OAEPG as a radical shift towards people before profit. And to build a business with real scale and impact across the Illawarra and Shoalhaven.
Care and simplicity has always fuelled our growth. In our start-up phase, we lived like uni students. High energy, late nights, and countless two minute noodle dinners. All so we could invest every cent back into growing a business locals loved.
And it worked. We’ve grown fast, and locals love us. We’ve built a real estate experience that finally feels right.
